Keeps saying wrong password

Hi, 

 

I am trying to connect my devices however it keeps saying something is wrong and does not connect.

@Danni21 check you are reading the password correctly it is easy to read say a letter O for a figure 0 or vice versa. As a next step tell the devices to forget the connection power it down fully and reboot before adding the connection again. 

Lastly you can reset a black Sky hub by pressing and holding the reset pin until the pwer led blinks and release thst will return the hub to its defaults. On the white hub oress and hokd in the WPS button until the LED starts blonking Green which seems to takecan age but in fact is 30 seconds.
