Hi, I have the fastest internet and still my console is lagging

@Addie15 I have the same issue - have the full package and new white router - the speed is mostly and all kit working in house. Have sorted the port forward and UpNp and am connected wirelessly right next to the router.

 

Lag on online xbox series x is very bad but Xbox latency shows 10-13ms which is good.

 

did not have this with the top Virgin package
