Keep losing connection

For the last few weeks my internet has been pretty poor. Slowish speeds when browsing or watching things on netflix etc. it'll buffer. My mini box that uses the WiFi has been buffering a lot lately as well. Whenever I've run checks it says everything is fine and my download speed is as per my contract. Last night and today has been the worst. I've rebooted the router numerous times and I get connection again for about 5 minutes and it cuts off again. The longest I've had connection today is about 20 minutes and my mini box hasn't worked all day. I've tried contacting Sky today but can't seem to get through. I'm in the L32 area, is anyone else having similar problems?
