Lost connection 3/4 times since Sunday. Once we reset everything it stays online for a while then disconnects and a solid red light appears on the hub.

Sky broadband is still dropping out and not reinstalling. Can you call me or arrange a private chat to resolve the issue please? I'm at work so I won't be able to respond right away.

Broadband still dropping out. Solid red light on broadband hub. LAN flashing every 5 seconds. Need an engineer to do a site visit and replace faulty equipment.
