I keep getting captive log in on all devices. I have forgotton network on all devices and relogged in and still the same thing and nothing will connect to the internet including TV and Alexa devices. Ive turned off the broadband box over ten times now. Ive changed the box that the internet and phoneline plugs into and still no difference.

it turns out that the equipment that I've always had trouble with is faulty so I'm being sent out a new one.
