Just installed my full fibre 500 broadband and getting no connection in bedrooms

Hi, I have just got my new broadband today (fibre 500) and I'm getting no connection in the bedrooms and am unable to connect the tvs to the internet. I live in a small 2 bed bungalow. My previous broadband reached both bedrooms. Can I have some assistance on what I can do? Thankyou
