Just moved in and had sky broadband installed - the hub/router consistently shows four green lights but the wifi is intermittent - when it works it is consistent at about 40mbs but the wifi suddenly drops out for a few minutes or a few hours with the 4 green lights steady on the hub/router:
Question 1: is it the hub/router that is faulty?
Question 2; How do I report this to a human at Sky?
