My internet on my Sky Q Hub keeps dropping out leaving me with no internet

I am having problems with my internet keep dropping out on my Sky Q Hub. Tried unplugging and resetting but nothing is helping.

I still have no internet but think it an openreach issue. It seems to be a problem in my community. Very frustrating as can't watch my usual programmes therefore not getting use of the sky service of broadband or TV package. Been over a week now..

Looking at cancelling my contract and going to another provider as this is not the first time this has happened.
