Just changed to Sky stream and upgraded Sky broadband. The new box and cable fitted but technition said that all the lights on the front of the router should be on and only three are and he suggested contacting you. Is this correct?

Is the light that is off the phone light?
That is only on if the phone plugs into the back of the router.
