Just changed to a new broadband provider but when i switch on sky glass it says not connected.

The provider is full fibre.  Everything works perfectly until I switch tv off and have to go through the whole procedure of checking settings again

@622213994248 I would assume that your new provider isn't Sky broaband? if that is the case then you either need to take it up with your new supplier or try posting in the Sky glass section which would be more relevent.
