The provider is full fibre. Everything works perfectly until I switch tv off and have to go through the whole procedure of checking settings again

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@622213994248 I would assume that your new provider isn't Sky broaband? if that is the case then you either need to take it up with your new supplier or try posting in the Sky glass section which would be more relevent.
