Broadband issue in Reading

Sky Hub shows Green on "Power" and "WiFi". Orange on "Phone". No light on "Internet". Tried all the usual diagnostics - unplug cables sequentially and wait 30 seconds etc, but not resolved.

MySky app insists there is no problem - but there clearly is and has been for an hour. No WiFi. Please help.
