It seems like my internet is going offline randomly is there a reason it keeps going off and on?

This has been happening two days in a row and I am unaware of any matinence in the Yorkshire and Humber Area and you have not disclosed there is any and also have said "there are no known issues in your area" but I would beg to differ because you have been going off and on for the past two days.

Hi I have the same issues here in derby the app keeps tellingmy Area is fine my Wi-Fi is fine and my hub is working. I've reset the router and now I have two green solid lights one either end with no third in the middle it's been happening since the 29th of November 2024 cuttting in and out or off completely

Yeah I am unaware what's been happening as I have been wondering as I have paid good money for it to be somewhat sustainable and it's been nothing but disconnect after disconnect

@JamesXCaliber Thecchecker can only report what Sky are aware of if as it sounds its an issue with your line you need to call in and report it.
