Issues with wifi

We've been having issues with our wifi / broadband over the last couple of days.

 

Speedtest shows download and upload speed are as expected, but we can't load most social media sites. For example Facebook tells me i have no internet connection and tik tok won't load more than one video. 

 

I've tried rebooting the router, and it has 4 solid green lights, so not sure what to try next!

@susant63 check the setting of the Broadband Shield as if you have set the age setting to low it will stop access to social networking sites. The avccount holder can change the settings in the My Sky app under Broadband/Product Settings.
