Issues with wifi
I'm getting in touch as our WiFi has been very bad over the past several weeks. The app states there are often no issues but we are unable to even watch simple shows, stream apps or use social media without the WiFi freezing and taking a very long time to load.
our neighbours have recently had WiFi cables installed in the ground and since then we've been having issues. I'm concerned this has caused a problem with our WiFi or it may be a co incidence. We have checked the box, cables and ran tests and no issues seem to come up. If this could be resolved it would be very appreciated as we have been paying for a service for weeks that has not been working

Re: Issues with wifi
The fact that your neighbours have had cables installed shouldnt make a difference at all, the cables that your neighbours have had installed techinaclly are for brodband and not WI-FI. have you checked your setup and any changes that may have affected your signal ?

Re: Issues with wifi
@Aleksandraa while your neighbours broadband cables wont affect the WiFi signal in your home their WiFi network might well be causing interference with your WiFi. This is a common issue as a first step reboot your Sky hub as that will ensure it uses the least congested WiFi channels. Any improvement maybe short livedcas WiFi intereference is often unavoidable the best long term solution is to improve the WiFi signal in your home. You can domthat by buying Sky's WiFi Max package and asking for a booster to be sent (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max) or by buying your own WiFi kit.
