Our internet is very slow, it drops in and out of internet and is unable to stream Netflix at times. Our house is very small and on a single level (it's a bungalow) but still we struggle to connect. Please can we have an engineer out to take a look.
@SteveChubb Depending on what you have from sky then Engineers are available and the cost just depends on what you have package wise, and to get one you need to call sky direct, dial 150 from your landline phone or a sky mobile! The Forum is not sky Customer Service so your post will go no further!
