Broadband cutting out

Hello,

 

our broadband keeps cutting out. Please can you arrange an engineer to look at it.

@GemmaEnglish137 If you want an engineer to visit you will have to call Sky to request one, the forum users are just fellow customers and we cannot arrange any engineer appointments.
