Issues with internet and streaming service

Good evening 

again we are having issues with our broadband and streaming service, tv keeps saying no internet or technical issue and buffers and doesn't load the channels 

getting very frustrating now as we're not getting the service we are paying for and don't understand why this issue has come about in the last month as we havnt changed anything 

done all the testing/resets etc

Typically either the external connection has degraded, particularly if it's a copper phoneline, or the local wireless environment has changed (which might be the result of something a neighbour has done)
