Broadband issues

We are having to move the router from the upstairs bedroom to the socket in the hall.

 

i don't think the socket in the hall is connected properly. How can i get this fixed?

Typically you'd need to book (and pay for) a 'master socket relocation' through Sky.  Free fault resolution doesn't extend past the first socket.
