Issues with broadband

Hi, first time posting here but I'm having issues with connected devices to my broadband, I've checked and I have over 9 yet only 5 are actually mine. I cannot remove them and it's not letting me change the wifi password, I already have a booster too but I'm still struggling with the WiFi upstairs. Any advice?
