Issues with Sky Max Hub

For some reason the sky max hub keeps dropping out. Now sky have sent an engineer out twice to fix issues with the line but the issue is still there. When I upgraded from my old sky hub to the max hub I thought this would improve the WiFi around the house but how wrong was I. The max hub is in the same position as the old hub so everything should be the same

I have tried everything to resolve this and I am now at the end of my tether with this and thinking about cancelling all of my sky subscriptions. I have sky glass and streaming lucks so when the WiFi drops we can't watch TV, my wife can't work from home etc

 

Has anyone had similar issues?

@Dunbar7919 yiu did not use the chat link that was opened for 48 hours so now you need to call Sky.
