Issues with PlayStation connection

I recently had full fibre fitted at the beginning of the month and everything was working fine for the first 2 weeks or so and the past 4 days my sons connection to the PlayStation is really bad when he's playing games. I've never had an issue as bad as this before even on a different wifi which I've had for years. I've been on the phone a few times aswell and nothing has been resolved. Has anyone else had this issue before?

I've had the same issue in the past week. My WiFi is on but when trying to sign into my Playstation it says connection failed due to a weak signal. The WiFi box is placed like 6ft away from the Playstation with no obstacles in the way but still not connecting after so many attempts. Currently still not working.
