Issues with Amazon connect

Has anybody experienced issues with Amazon connect / use if a VPN. My partners work laptop has worked fine for 2 years. Now it's constantly loses connection and streaming apps constantly buffering. It's clear there has been a software update. ,2 new routers 2 engineers, a booster and internal trouble shooting yet the issue persists Any help?

@Brian_Rowan82 assume your partner is using the Amazon Connect as part of their work? I have not seen reports of issues reported but what hub do you have? There are issues with some business VPNs with the newer white hub which uses a method of sharing IP4 addresses. If you have one of these units see this post for a possible work round UPnP set up
