Issues signing into hub/router

I have tried to enter the username as 'admin' and tried both 'sky' as the password and the password on the back of the hub/router and neither are being accepted and there's no option for 'forgotten password' to reset it.

 

Please help!

Username admin and password sky didn't work, neither did the password on the router panel - that's why I posted on here, because I still can access it.

I expect the username and password are case sensitive - make sure you use lower case for both.

 

If that doesn't work it sounds like the password has been changed at some point  - you will need to perform a factory reset by using the button on the back of the hub. (press and hold for > 10 seconds)

Thank you everyone for all your help, It appears to have sorted itself out now and is letting me back in and update.
