Issues setting up sky hub

New sky max hub arrived, activation date was last Friday, but I cannot seem to set it up. We have an OpenReach master socket 5c. I am not entirely sure if I have the right cables, but have tried all different cables and different ways of plugging it in! 

I have tried so much over the last couple of days... reinstalling, resetting the hub, deleting the app and reinstalling it.  I just keep getting a message that says "we're setting up your max hub. This may take up to 20 minutes" and then it just doesn't work. Or, I get a message to  say "oops something went wrong. Please try again later". I am going round and round in circles.
