Wifi issues and only 2 pucks received.

I have recently moved into my renovated property and tried to set up the sky tv on the tv's however we have only received 2 black pucks when we have whole home and we're meant to receive 4. We also have no wifi in certain rooms of the house and one of the tvs is freezing when watching sky. The only way to un freeze is to turn everything off at the mains which is frustrating and not something I should have to do.

Does Sky actually know you wish to use four Stream pucks?  'Whole Home' is a marketing name: it isn't a literal promise or an indication that Sky Group possesses psychic powers regarding the number of television sets at a customer address.

Typically (and unless otherwise specified by the user) one puck is allocated with a Stream content subscription, and a second on signing up for the Whole Home supplement.  Each puck added to the order after that (or subsequently acquired from Sky) has an individual up-front fee, but no additional monthly subscription cost.

Note that unlike with Q television, Sky doesn't provide boosters to solve Stream issues.

Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Phoning Sky to go through a telephone diagnosis is required to have a booster or pod allocated to the account. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.

Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.
