Issues loading images

Hello. I am having issues with my new broadband, Teams calls and general Outlook stuff seems to be OK, but I have noticed that images seem to take a while to load on Outlook or web forums. Am I being overly sensitive or is something being throttled?

Videos on Youtube seem OK (But do occasionally take a few secs to load or refresh on feed)

@beadsbeesbeadsb it is worth running a simple speed test on the device to check it isnt simply poor WiFi in the area you are working. If it isnt then there arevariouscthings that can slow down loading times. Thecfirst is any securityvsoftware you are running while it is great being protected it can skow things down. Second is simply the server taking a while to respond this is particularly true of mail servers. Third is the hub being busy if other people in your homeare using the connection st thecsametime.

If you dont have children try turning off Sky's Briadband Shield (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-shield-start_ ) as that can slow things down. However once you have sufficent bandwidth (say 100Mb/s) adding more does not speed things up as other factors come into play.

Hey thanks, the shield is off and im the same room as the router. Speed test and Wifi test dont come up with anything alarming.
