Issues again

I received a text telling me the issue I was having was resolved. I didn't know I had an issue but ever since that's all I've had. My mini box isn't connecting again! This is a daily issue and I'm sick of it

Are your other devices connecting to your Wifi and are working OK, if they are then try rebooting your main Sky Q box at the mains.
