Issue yet again

I'm again not able to watch anything on my tv. 
states there is an issue but when I've tested it on the app it's showing no issues as per the last 6 weeks....

Absolute same problem here except sometimes the Q doesn't work, no wifi but the Alexa and Google work?! Over 3 months and 4 engineer visits - same issue

Same here service is down no internet here but the online check service says all is ok and it's wrong

definitely not telling us something nor compensating us for a total lack of internet and tv service

Exact same issue, just transfered over to sky fibre and so far not impressed at all. Can barely get google to work without the internet dropping connection. Does anyone know how to get a hold of an actual person from sky?

Same here. Now taking screen shots of the appalling speed! They're supposed to compensate if it drops below 60 over 3 days, I'm now going on for 3 months with awful service, dropping out in meetings. Of course, no compensation and no one helping! May be walking away if it continues. What's the point of paying for their fastest service and then having a film buffer like it's the year 2000!!!
