I have tried resetting the box but the the 2nd and 4th light out of the 4 lights are orange and the wifi still doesn't work. My sky stream tv screen says no wifi and none of my devices are connecting to the router. I have run tests on my Sky app a few times and they all say that everything is working fine but I can see it's not. What is going on?
It's the Internet and Voice lights which are orange, with Power and WIFI being green. Turned off the the router a few times now, leaving it longer each time before turning back on. I'm just confused why the MySky app which I'm connecting to via mobile data is saying everything looks good. It's been about an hour it's been off now.
