My router has 3 green lights and a yellow on voice ?

do you have a telephone plugged into the uk telephone port at the back of the hub ? If you do i would recommend checking here https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus to see if there are any issues with your service. Or if you need further help id recommend calling customer services hope this helps
