Issue with my wifi

I've tested my connection on the sky app it saids everything is good but for the past 3 days my wifi is randomly turning amber and not working then coming back on then not working again. It's getting extremely frustrating now as we live in a no signal area and rely on our wifi to connect with people

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
