I can download the facebook and messenger app but can't open them. They wouldn't work on my Sky WiFi so I tried re installing now I can't get anything. Have I done something wrong?

Try deleting the apps, rebooting the device and then install them again.

Thanks for your advise, unfortunately I have tried to 4-5 times but no luck thank you anyway. It just replied technical issues
