Issue with connecting to WiFi
I'm really hoping that someone can help me with this!
I has my sky fibre installed on Friday and WiFi worked all day yesterday but then stopped in the evening. I tried switching the router on and off and resetting is but neither have worked. I have three green lights on my router. What I am also finding a bit odd is that it now won't let me connect to my old WiFi name, it has suddenly come up with a different name which also doesn't work!
Gettint very frustrated with it, any help would be gratefully appreciated!

@Charlotte231995 could be a fault with your Sky hub so I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
If you have Sky Q boxes the "strange" SSID is being oroduced by your main Sky Q box but you can only use it to connect any Q mini boxes. Q boxes do this when they lose network connection to a Sky hub.

I am having same issue. As a new sky broadband only user I am appalled at the problems sky broadband has. Slow connection, pages takes 15 seconds to load!! I work from home!! Teams calls are embarrassing! Only been connected for 3 weeks and nothing but issues, wifi isnt workingin house properly, again sites and pages dont load its just the pits! Never had any of these issues with previous providers, same address, same devices, same usage!! Broadband shield is an added problem, far too obstructive and just causes issues!! If things dont improve I am citing failure to provide service, and will be quitting my contract!
