I am not able to found bt socket or don’t have any in my house so now what should I do
Hi j I'm have ordered the sky broad band but not I a. Not able to found by socket in my house or may I don't have any , now what should I do ?

We can see what service is at the property either FTTC or FTTP.
You don't say in your post but is this a new build?

@Garimabqrsiya12 Sky will place an order with Openreach who will install a new line if there isn't one present.
What can happen is previous residents may have used a service from someone like Virgin Media and the old phone connections have been removed but nobody told Openreach who assume they are still there. If you have been given a date for a home install Openreach will do the necessary if however you simply have a date for activation they are probably not aware of the lack of connections so its worth speaking to Sky so they can tell Openreach.
