Issue with broadband

When I do a speed check I get error , problem with broadband . Let us check , when I press check it finds it . But also I am getting poor signal to hub .  I have recently changed to fibre 300 , only getting 94 mbps

@Kickstart1966 What does it show you when you click on the Sky Broadband for the last 30 day's then?

@Kickstart1966 So you where up in the 300 range. And then it all fell backwards to a lower speed?

No I got the 300 fibre from 150 fibre  as the 150 fibre was not giving the speed they promised so they upgraded me FOC to 300 fibre . I have had it now 4 days and I am not nearly gettin what I should , estimate 200 mbps .   

but when I try to check I get ( the photo ). So I think there is an issue , so another hour waiting on the phone for them to hopefully rectify the issue .  Unless anyone can help and tell me what's wrong
