Issue with broadband connection
I reventky joined sky and vroadband has consistently dropped off every 10 minutes for 2 weeks. I was sent a new router but the old router is still showing as available despite being unplugged and the new router does not show as an option.
please can someone tell me what i need to do. ( new white sky hub)

@Joem188 If you have Sky Q boxes you will see the old Sky SSID as Q mini boxes or old Sky boosters cannot connect to the new white hub's wifi so use the 5GHz wifi hotspot the main Q box produces which carries the old SSID. Other decices should only connect to tge new hub.
