Issue with Weak WiFi

I am writing to report an issue with the quality of the WiFi signal. Despite using your service, the WiFi coverage in my home is very weak, making it difficult to use the internet effectively.

When trying to watch streaming services like YouTube or other video platforms, I frequently experience buffering, poor video quality, and interruptions. This issue significantly affects my ability to use the internet as intended.

I kindly ask you to look into this matter and provide a solution. If you need any additional information, I will be happy to provide it.

@AdamWalczak you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum.

Poor WiFi coverage is a very common complaint we see in the forum. By default Sky supplies a single WiFi hub which in many homes is insufficent to get usable WiFi in every room as each home is different as the layout and type of construction influences the coverage one WiFi source can offer. Therefore like many other isps Sky sell an add on bundle which guarantees a minimum WiFi speed in every room and can supply up to 3 extenders to achieve that see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

Alternstively you can buy one of the many third party wifi systems and usecthatvin pkace of Sky's wifi which in the long term can work out cheaper.
