Devices won't connect
Broadband won't connect to PS4, Ring Doorbell, Nintendo Switch or laptop due to a DNS error.
How can I fix this? On some devices I can change the DNS (which fixed the issue on laptop) but other devices don't allow you to do this without having connected first.
It's also not great on phones - sending messages and social media is very slow and often buffers/doesn't send.
Frustrating paying for something that I can only use on selected devices.

Re: Devices won't connect
@sfb96 by default any device set to get its settings from the hub will use Sky's DNS which is working or the forum would be flooded with posts. If several devices are throwing DNS errors power down your hub for an hour as that should clear a bug that can affect connections where the server node managing your connection is not routing traffic correctly.
