Issue’s working from home

I can't get my work laptop connected to Wi-Fi they are asking for a security key

@Nor71 the only "security key" the Sky hub needs is the WiFi password which is on the hub's label so the messge maybe from your companies systems many of which nedd a code generated by a smail device to connect.
