Is this terrible join in the line the reason i get such slow internet?
Is this join in the external copper wire to my house the reason my Internet is so slow and bad all the time ? Can I get it fixed ? Fed up with having bad Internet now. I only get 30 mbps on fttc my ping times are terrible and my bufferbloat is awful and in video games I feel like I get no hit registration on my Internet .

I have no idea to be honest, the only ones who can investigate are Openreach on behalf of Sky. You would have to get in touch with them (as your ISP), then if they believe there is a fault, they will instruct Openreach to take a look.
The trouble sometimes is proving there is a fault that needs to be investigated. What does it say in the Sky Service Checker? What does the BT Wholesale checker say your line should support?
What you are getting might just be as good as it gets with any Openreach based ISP and you are stuck until they roll out full fibre in your area which brings a faster, more stable connection.
