Is there anyone out there that knows anything about doorbell cameras.
My doorbell camera was working just fine for weeks after being installed in my new premises, then one day last week it stopped working. To cut a long story short it was connected to my 2.4GH internet and worked well. It stopped and somehow the internet changed it's frequency to 5GH which is not compatible with the doorbell. I had sky engineer out and after a while they sorted it and the camera was up and running again. After the engineers had gone it decided to disconnect from the internet and I've tried and tried and for about half an hour it worked, then that was it. It's sitting on the dining room table now instead of what it was bought for on the front door. I've constantly sent emails to sky but.no reply. Help!!!

@Celia124 As there are so many different makes and models of doorbell cameras, then if you do not say what you have it is highly unlikely that the Forum can help you in any way! You may just have to get a stronger 2.4Ghz wifi extender and place it close to the doorbell camera and try that as an option, Powerline unit's are highly successful in doing that but all your choice! Not sure who or why you are emailing sky as they do not use that as a form of client communication!
