Re: Is no one happy with the Sky BB and telephone?
Well the broadband is great for me but the posts here show that most are unhappy due to unreliability so I'm very concerned about what the future holds, hence my question in this subject.
Are you happy and problem free?
Another thing this forum is classed as the Sky official forum yet Sky do not read and help.
New people repeatedly thing they are dealing with Sky and get a responses saying Sky do not read here, yet it is Skys forum.

Re: Is no one happy with the Sky BB and telephone?
Glad somelse doing OK.
I've just found a Facebook group and it appears to be run by Sky so following that and will see if it is Sky responding and helping customers, Sky Help Team.

Re: Is no one happy with the Sky BB and telephone?
Oh yes, extremely helpful replies thank you all, no problem with that side of forum.
It's just this last 24 hours so much negativity and people thinking Sky involved here.

Re: Is no one happy with the Sky BB and telephone?
@David382 That's it any Forum is always about the complaints, when it's all going great there never ever is anything! Also the About top off the Forum page explains it all and no one ever take anytime to read that!

Sky Broadband supplies over five million properties, which suggests that at any particular point in time there are over five million households not posting here...
It also means that every day it's inevitable that thousands of the Openreach circuits going to Sky Broadband subscribers are faulty: a 99.9% success rate would still be five thousand unhappy customers.
