@Digger given 4G is a mobile technology the answer is no it isnt nor could it be. Depending on your line your Broadband either is partial fibre using VDSL where the speed depends on the length of the copper line or full fibre which delivers the speed you buy.

The wireless broadcast from a terrestrial broadband router is either 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz (where the G is for Gigahertz)
As @Chrisee indicates, 4G and 5G are cellular broadband technologies broadcasting from masts and typically used by smartphones: the G there is for 'generation', so 5G succeeds 4G.
Sky Broadband is not cellular, but Sky Mobile provides data SIMs.
