Just joined and find Sky's internet sites very disjointed and all over the place. My latest problem is with the internet... Have been trying to find and access Broadband Shield... and if that hasn't been difficult enough, I now keep getting the message:- ' We’re sorry - there has been a problem Please try again.' over and over again.
Help... PLEASE!
