Is it a Scam?

I have received a couple of messages through WhatsApp about a briadband upgrade. I have never been contacted via WhatsApp before. Scam or legit?

A few months back sky started sending whatspp messages to part fibre customers whom were elligible to upgrade to full fibre.  Check your my sky app is showing  the fttp option
