Is duckdns.org blocked?

I cannot access https://www.duckdns.org/ when on my Sky broadband network. Other networks (mobile broadband from a different provider) can connect to duckdns.org without issue.

Has Sky broadband blocked https://www.duckdns.org/ or is there a 3rd party website reputation monitoring system which sky uses, which has flagged duckdns.org incorrectly as a dangerous website?

Perhaps. Though the history on downforeveryoneorjustme doesn't show me if this is what normal looks like, or something new over the last day or 2.
