'Better' in what respect?
Broadband at a particular speed band on the Openreach network is all the same wholesale service: differences are largely in ISP hardware and customer support offerings.

Re: Is Sky broadband better tha TalkTalk 150 fibre?
@Geoff1951C assuming you are talking about aTalk Talk service over an Openreach line then your experience is likely to be broadly the same as both companies are effectively reselling the same Openreach product. The only difference is from the exchange where they use different back haul networks. Both networks are actually highly reliable most faults occur in the Openreach connection so if your line has issues it will move with you. Neitherccompany has major issues with download speeds dropping at busy times.
Overall Ofcom rate Sky above Talk Talk on complaint numbers but that doesn't help if you are one of the unlucky few whose Sky line causes issues.
