Ireland - Parental Controls

Is it possible to set up parental controls on Irish broadband. Family shield does not appear to work, i.e. UK only.

@Jes66 as far as I know Sky have not released Sky WiFi Max bundle in the irish market which is required to use the parental controls built into the white Sky Max hub.  Why that is I simply dont know but the way Sky delivers brosdband is significantly different between the two markets.
