App ses every okay but no WiFi and no WiFi on hub

Scan frow the app app ses everything looks good there wifi but the hub light it oring not green and dusent want to work

@Luke4603 the connection test initially reports the result of the last routine check which was run before your fault started so try clicking to run the test again. If the test then doesn't either tell you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line or offer to book an engineer call Sky to report it
