Ipv6

I cannot disable ipv6 my Xbox is saying I need to disable ipv6 and then when I put in the username which is my email and then my password it is saying it's wrong I have tried changing my password but still wrong any help please?

To access your router settings

 

Username         admin

Password          sky or wifi password on the back of the hub

Advanced->lan ip set up 

 

Not what is changed as i have never had issues on my xbox on ipv6

 

@TimmyBGood what settings in advanced->lan ip setup to disable ipv6

Xbox prefers IPv6 and will typically work better with IPv6 enabled.

 

If you're experiencing issues, please try disabling "ULA Prefix Advertisements" under the LAN IPv6 settings, rather than disabling IPv6 entirely.
